I was hoping to play the new patch on the HOTS PTR, but the PTR version of my account is stuck in leavers que. I sat in a que for Quick Match for 3000s and still didn’t get into a game. I checked ARAM que and the estimated que time was 6550s…
Can you please set my account back to a normal state so I can play games and give you more stats to work with before sending this patch live.
Maybe PTR leavers que could have two different ways to get out in the future? Either win a game or wait a week? That way folks only get locked out of one PTR session. Or if there was an option to reclone your main account to the PTR to override that could work too. (Could easily limit when/how many times that could be used to keep trolls at bay)
