Proposed Balance Changes for Xul

Level 7.
Blood Golem Talent - 1300 health, 46 damage per attack, returns 20% of damage dealt to Xul as restored health, lasts 7 seconds…13 Second cd.

Level 13.
Weaken Talent - Enemies in a wide area deal 25% less damage for 3 seconds.
4 Second cd.

I don’t think i’d change how I play Xul for either of those, but I think they’re cool ideas nonetheless. :slight_smile:
