Problem with HOTS

Good morning ,
For about 2 months I am experiencing severe stuttering in HOTS. I have been playing HOTS for like 3-4 years and I never had a problem like that. Keep in mind , I am only experiencing Stuttering in HOTS and no other game.
There is no problem with my connection, i have tested it in various other connections and the stutter persists.
please advise.
