Let us ban certain players from being matched on our team. I don’t ever want some players on my team ever again.
Semirelated note, lets change healer self healing counted not as team healing, but like similar to how the other classes have self healing, to make it easier to get rid of healing trolls that only heal themselves.

The only thing you can do is trying to send a private message to the concerned player at the end of the game, you don’t need to write anything and/or press enter, you only need to open the window in whisp with his name in pink, then you will be able to track them and see when they have queued or not.
Of course if you log off, you will lose all this, it’s only a way to avoid bad players you have encounter during your current game session.
An official system to prevent you from meeting particular players would make the match making impossible because all other players would have their own list and then it would become really difficult for the game to make random parties.
Add to this it could be used negatively by some people in many ways.
Don’t expect anything else than the method i’ve explained above.

It’s basically the same as forcing people to live alongside individuals who behave violently or unpredictably. When you remove people’s ability to avoid harmful behavior, the situation eventually breaks down. You can see a real‑world example in Belfast, where communities were pushed together despite deep conflicts, and the result was long‑term tension and violence. When people can’t choose to distance themselves from dangerous behavior, the system becomes unstable.
Well at that moment you would be more inclined into having a better punishing system (easier definitive bans for example) than the one you’ve proposed. My words weren’t there to defend bad behaviours, just here to show you that this would actually lock the system and causing a lot of issues to the game, a black list wouldn’t be the solution.
Now one of the problem of that game is that it is fully automatized by softwares and AI, there is no real persons that may inspect any replay at all. For example i’m often reporting some accounts for being trully bots (softwares) and those accounts are still around for years despite all the reports i’ve done and i even often mention it in the chat in order for the other players to also report those bots, alas nothing change.
They do need to make an avoid list. I keep getting qued with people who want to throw or have 800ms. Those people need to be grouped together if they want to continue playing like that.

Well they did the opposite when they have stopped HGC and declared that Hots was going to turn into a Legacy IP. At least in QM there is no more wall preventing bottom MMR players to face / play with Top MMR players, in the past there used to be that. Well there was still people to throw the games but at higher ranks =)
