I’ve been having weird ping issues while playing in the Brazil region (I double check in-game through the Ctrl+Alt+F information). And in the Region selection under settings this shows under 40ms. However, when I join a game I have upwards of 130ms and up to 200ms sometimes, and it doesn’t fluctuate. But once I alt f4 out of the game and relaunch, I reconnect perfectly with 30ms and can play just fine. The major issue is by the time I reconnect, my team is 2 or 3 levels behind and it’s just extremely frustrating. I don’t experience any connection issues like this on either WoW or Overwatch while playing in the corresponding regions.
Hi there. I am having the same issue but the Alt+F4 and reconnect does not work at all times. Sometimes the ping is normal (40ms) but most of times is high (180ms).
