So… I know that it’s a known issue that players, who had gotten either of these from the event last year weren’t seeing these banners as owned in their collection, but could use them regardless.
But today I also opened the banner I owned (Ogrimmar one) from a loot chest, and I didn’t get my 20 shards for it 
same only the good Warcraft banner
Toy Event Box opened today. Got the Orgrimmar Banner, that I already used. Didn’t count as Duplicate, so I got no Shards for that.
