When i open the game i cant see any characters, icons,store, game modes or the store. I can see the home page art with hogger on it but everything else is not loading. I have tried using a VPN, deleting the cache, i logged in just fineon my friends computer but at home on my pc and network it doesnt load.

Try creating a new administrator account, log in with that account and then try launching the game again.
There’s also a few other steps you can try with the Battle.net app
- In Windows 10 go to Start → Settings (for Windows 7 open the Control Panel)
- Click on Apps (for Windows 7 click Uninstall a program)
- Uninstall the Battle.net app
- Press Windows key + R
- Type the following into the Run window and hit Enter: %APPDATA%
- Delete the Battle.net and Blizzard folders inside the appdata folder if they exist.
- Repeat steps 4-6 with %LOCALAPPDATA% and %PROGRAMDATA%
- Empty the recycle bin.
Now reinstall the Battle.net app:

Edit: Neither solution worked. Any other ideas?
