The game runs fine and smoothly until usually about 8-12 minutes in or when a big teamfight happens with a lot of particle effects. Then I experience constant stuttering that looks something like the graphics not loading smoothly rather than something network-related, and it doesn’t fix itself until the current match is finished.
Does anyone know how to solve this?

Have you tried the steps here? If so, let’s get a DxDiag:
- Press Windows Key + R.
- Type DxDiag and press Enter.
- In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
4)Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save
- Paste the DXdiag into the post, select and highlight everything you just pasted, and hit the “preformated text” button (</>). That’ll make the information much more readable.
