Have you tried using the Test Mic option in-game while in windowed mode to make sure the game has permissions to use the mic?

Hey guys I’m having the same issue almost a year and a half later. Did you introduce a regression in a recent release?

My machine runs on macOS Mojave 10.14.6 and I’ve done the following:

  • update HOTS to the last version
  • check HOTS in Privacy > Accessibility settings
  • test voice chat in Battle.net app. Works fine, I get a prompt to allow mic access and grant it, but still nothing works in HOTS.
  • test voice chat in HOTS windowed mode. Nothing works!
