No sound from announcer, pings and characters

Hi, since a few weeks I have no in-game sound from the announcer, pings and characters. The only sound I hear is the in-game music.
I checked the options, all sounds are enabled + the output device is ok (obvious, since I hear the in-game music).
I tried deleting the game and re-installing, but this did not help me.
Can anyone help me with this?

Did you try toggling CTRL+S? What does it say? Also, is the volume slider in game audio options set to 0%? (Separate from music)

Are you using 5.1 or higher sound output? Since some of these sounds should be played to different speakers and it’s possible you got your connectors wrong on the software side of things, or that they reset through Windows update unknowingly.
