No play modes available

I started up HoTS for the first time in quite a while today, opened some loot boxes, clicked through some prompts, etc. but none of the play modes are working. I’ve tried reseting the app and reseting my computer but it always says they are unavailable. There is also on error on the “portrait” section that says “Unlocks not available”, if that’s helpful.
I’m on a Mac - macOS 10.14.6

Thanks for the report! This is occurring likely because the game is still downloading data from certain Blizzard services. On slower connections, leaving the client open for 10-20 minutes can allow for this data to download. Once this data is cached, it shouldn’t occur until a new update occurs.
