So I have gotten this award a couple of times, primarily playing Nova, what does it really mean and how is it achieved? I tried searching the Heroes Wiki for it but it wasn’t there :S.
This is a little out of date, but gives a decent overview of all of the end screen awards.
Team Player basically means that you never died in a team fight, or any other time your team was outnumbered by the enemy team, such as a gank attempt.
Many of these awards are very rare, but fun when you see them. Sole Survivor and Hat Trick are two that I don’t see very often.

lol I’ve never seen * Hat Trick: Scored the first three kills of the game.
I’ve had it a few times, the thing is that sometimes even when a player gets a Hat Trick it does’t make the MVP screen. I guess the system sometimes prioritises other achievements.
play with an orp and ull get hat trick often lol

It is called Team Player. Like I said, it is a little out of date, but it is the same achievement.
