He needs to have a level 20 storm talent called DOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMM!!!
It will be a 2 minute channeled ability that grants unstoppable that can be channeled anywhere except the hall of storms or within range of your core. During the channel he cannot move and is revealed to the enemy team. Once the channel finishes he instantly destroys the opposing core as long as it is not invulnerable.
