Why are we removing Yrel’s identity and making her trait worthless?

I don’t think you have ever played her if you think those are buffs, some minor number changes aren’t going to make up for the the fact that trait has double the CD and doesn’t reset on heroic. I think over simplified would be a better word.
Read the patch notes. Please.

Damage on all her abilities increased, slow amount on E increased, stun duration on W increased, self healing on Q increased. All for just 4 extra seconds cooldown on her trait. The damage increases are not small either. Yrel clears waves faster and is harder to kill, and is much more disruptive in fights she joins.

Those 4 seconds are an eternity - and it wasn’t just the 4 seconds. They removed the D reset on ults too. Gift of the Naaru (4) is inherently worse. It’s a huge blow to Yrel players.
Her D is the only thing that makes her feel good. Otherwise, your abilities largely get interrupted or evaded because of how telegraphed she is. Yrel is absurdly easy to counter - seriously - go play a few games of her. See how many abilities you can fully charge and land against a team that knows what they are doing.
I get it, they were trying to balance it out so she isn’t D+Q all the time, but this is not the way. I’ve been trying different builds and nothing feels good so far. I think they’ve made Divine Favor (16) a mandatory talent now.

The straight 50% winrate valeera main is gonna educate us on a hero they know nothing about dw guys.
She feels way less smooth especially with D build. Before, I rarely had to channel E, so I could land an extra AA here and there. Now, I’m more predictable.

It’s straight miserable that the only things that got removed were things that made her unique and fun. The extra damage means nothing when the abilities are just getting cancelled anyway and her overall apm dropped off a cliff.
60.1%, all solo queue. If you want to sit here picking fights and look at heroesprofile for epic owns I’d point out you’ve played only 20 more games of Yrel than me, almost all of them in a stack, and haven’t played a game on her since February.

You only have 60 on valeera, the rest of your account is the most average 50% non factor lineup. And only 20 more games? Try 1000 more games across multiple accounts. Responding to you is pointless though when all you know is button mashing cookie cutter valeera gameplay. I would farm you with your own character.

More on that, you have almost 5k games and you’re still HARD STUCK gold in every sense. Remind me why you’re still trying to talk big when you are advocating for Xul main tank? Gotta be the most gold stuck thing i’ve read on the forum.
It’s not double, it went from 8 to 12.
Her E now being 60% slow and her hammer now giving you a 1 second stun make a huge difference.
Have you played her since the change?
4 seconds is the difference between getting 2 rotations to only getting 1 in a fight, one of my main gripes was them removing the heroic passive altogether. Have you tried full charging her W without trait on someone with a brain? You have less than 20 games on her with under 50% so it looks like you don’t know what you’re talking about either.
you know heroesprofile mmr is not actual blizzard mmr right? I am not even in gold.
Whatever makes you happy dude, you want to use heroes profile when it’s convenient for you but as soon as i use it to criticize your awful stats it’s wrong. Go complain about Xul some more buddy. I farm you.
You were the one who started off looking at profiles to try and pick fights rather than responding to the actual content of the posts. “Complain about xul?” My thread was about blaze. Keep embarassing yourself if you want, I’ve said what I have to say about yrel.
When i call you a 50% val i was just guessing and hit the nail on the head. You were the first one to pull up a profile buddy it’s right there in the logs. You can pretend to be better than you are all you want but know that if you’re going to pull up profiles we can all see yours. I farm you.
I think a person who calls a change from 8 to 12 DOUBLE would be the one not knowing what they’re talking about.
