Today I went back to my account after 2 weeks of not playing and it’s like a new account. No heroes, no exp and I had to skip begginer tutorial
I have the same issue. Here’s the temp fix. Once it loads the game, click the cogwheel and logout. Then log back in using that interface, and it should allow you to play. You will need to do this every time, as Blizz isn’t responding to this bug and hasn’t fix it yet.
