hello dolphinboy37 here im wondering have this game ever had ingame music cause i cant hear any music when i play and i want to relive the old times when i got 20 and the heavy metal music would start playing is it a bug after the lastet patch or am i the only one with this problem i hope i can get some feedback

Try doing ctrl + m. Or adjust music settings.

In case you are using multi-speaker setup and your problem still persists, check with Windows if the surround speakers and connectors are properly matched (Realted HD audio or similar). This is one of the common problems after certain Windows updates.
