I have noticed that mounts and portraits that I had, are missing and I have to buy them again. Playing since the beginning with current level 3805 and had the opportunity to buy everything in-game except skins. I had every mount and every portrait available in-game, but now 55 mounts from the event list are not in my possession and more than 150 portraits need to be bought again…Total shards needed to buy them all back 57800.
Some skins are missing too but I can’t say for sure how many because I didn’t have them all.
Can’t find a way to contact support, send ticket, etc.
Tried to log in/log out but the same issue, this is happening for weeks.
