I’d like to shake the hand of the genius who created a hero that heals more than a healer, deals more damage than a DPS, and tanks better than a tank—all in a single patch. GG.

What are you even talking about?
Stagger alone is a better tanking ability than many tanks get. 25 armor that affects % damage and delays the damage for 3 seconds.
Then he can also shield for that delayed damage afterwards. Normally, stagger would either not reduce damage (or even increase it), or drinking wouldn’t shield, until later on, through talents.
The janitor also decided old AA build chen was too low skill, so now he plays q-w-w-flee for optimal skill expression.
