When equipping my heroes the mount “Leoric’s Phantom” is missing, although I own it.

Same here, been requesting the item a few times from support. We’ll have to wait for them to restore the item to our account.

Almost half a year later - still nothing. No blizzard / dev try to comment on the issue. Mount still missing. I guess blizz simply does not care.

The infamous pink speeder bike “Var3” showed back up again last patch, but “Leoric’s Phantom” horse mount is still missing from the loadout. Been gone since the Hogger patch a year ago… We would really like to ride it mmkay?.
