I have played HOTS for years and so far it has been my go to games. However the match game in ranks has been more than frustrating to say the least. For some reason , HOTS team think it is a good idea to allow a plat player to pair with a bronze player and then place them with gold and silver players. Ever time this kinda of matching occurs, the game is lost before starting. The plat players tend to carry the game and help bronze player to win a free win. It is so frustrating that I stopped playing ranked. This is such an easy fix, I really hope HOTS team will consider limiting no more than one rank level up or down during rank matching, so that players like myself i play a fair game. Honestly I would rather wait for 1 more minutes to play with someone in a fair matching game.
