Hello, on MacOS big sur when I load the game It is stuck on the loading screen. I hear that game starts but nothing happens. I have to restart the game. On the second load it works perfectly.

There are rarely if ever any Blizzard responses here.
Try the Mac Support subforum, it has some dedicated personnel who specifically work on Mac.
For problems installing or patching the Heroes, connecting to the game, or crashing on Mac.
Apparently other people are having issues with the client on Big Sur as well.
The whole game become inoperable after being OS update to the new Big Sur
With a MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016) 8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3, 2.9 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5.
