Even if you finished the quest it keeps plinging and showing the quest markers
Not a bug. Lucio’s Party Mix quest has two rewards, one of which increases his maximum mana by 10 for every 1 minute played, this is the pinging and quest marker that you’re talking about. This reward has no cap and therefore will continue to stack up throughout the game.
