I was at the end of the champ selection of a ranked game, i had already choose, at some point the game froze, i waited 20 seconds and after that i had been redirected in the ‘‘Home’’ of HoTS. I checked the Ranked section and with surprise i lost all my points. I had 600 points, and i needed 400 to enter in the promo game, after that freeze i am in the opposite situation: 0 points and if i lose the next i lose my rank that i achieved. I wait an answer. ‘’ La pazienza è la virtù dei forti! ‘’

My game started freezing this patch cycle as well… seems to choose when it freezes as I haven’t been able to recreate it… the game does not permit me to kill it save for task manager on a separate desktop window (otherwise the games’ cursor and all else overrides it). Happened during ranked it it blew up and counted me as a leaver.
