Hello. The problem is the steed is visible and unlocked in the collection menu, but when I want to use it on any hero, it’s gone. Neither search nor looking through menu doesn’t help. It’s like the steed doesn’t exist at all. I believe, it’s gone since Hogger patch.

Yea, This has been an issue for me as well for quite awhile. And since I use Leoric as my main, and I liked using his mount it kinda sucks. Its been reported several times now, to no acknowledgement to my knowledge.
Let’s hope they see this one!

Bump for visibility.
The mount “Leoric’s Phantom” that I earned from an event a long time ago isn’t selectable from the loadout menu in any mode. I have heard that this is the case for a number of mounts in the game and has been a bug for quite some time. Are there any plans on patching the game and finally fixing the missing mount bugs?

The infamous pink speeder bike “Var3” showed back up again last patch, but “Leoric’s Phantom” horse mount is still missing from the loadout. Been gone since the Hogger patch a year ago… We would really like to ride it mmkay?..

Came back to play, the Leoric’s Phantom Charger is still missing. This apathy is what caused me to stop paying and playing last time…
