Latency for a few days now (EU)

For a few days now I have high latency, feels like playing in the US.
I first noticed it after posting a thread on WoW-EU.
I was reentering WoW to play some druid and I had trouble keeping Lifebloom on, as I had consistent, minor spikes, latency jumping between instant and 0.5s or even more.
It’s also noticeable in the browser, Blizzard websites and the launcher are consistently slow. Funny enough, my teammates didn’t report the issue.

Any recommendations?

We’ve seen a number of reports from our EU region from Vodafone ISP users reporting higher than normal latency. We are not seeing any trends from other ISP users in this region. This appears to be a routing issue starting at hop: 5 129 ms 129 ms 130 ms ae10-100-ucr1.bdv.cw.net [195.2.23.45] Showing the ISP this information may help them resolve this issue faster.

Given this is outside of our network we would need the ISP to look into this issue. We have been referring players to this ISP to help ensure they get this resolved soon.
