Hi. My english is bad, so sorry for mistakes.
I had micro-laggs in game every 5 sec. Read a lot of information and finally found a solution that helped me.
Run command line and type there “wf.msc”. Go to inbound rules and delete everything HOT’s related.
Restart PC and start the game. Worked for me on windows 10.
P.s If didn’t help, run game on 32-bit.
