He has a ~50% winrate at all levels according to Blizz; i would expect more from such a broken hero.

You mean the dude with 94 games played and 0 banned at master last 7 days? Or if we go that max of 3~ months period that has 1468 games played and 32 games banned? That’s like 2 bans per week…

In Diamond he has 107 bans in the last 7 days, nothing compared with ma boi Alarak.

I agree he needs changing though, yes not all of us are apparently pro players like everyone below seems to be. But in situations like arams (which i play a lot because i enjoy them) KT = win every time and normally doubles the next highest players damage. The issue with him is hes just STUPIDLY easy to play, you literally just select people, no aiming of any kind just select them and then they die. He needs to be made harder like make his bomb something he has to aim rather than just clicking on anyone he fancies no matter who’s in front of them.
I definitely agree with this. His challenge vs reward is insane.
Blizzard nerfed Lili for this exact same reason they said. To easy to play for how powerful she is, yet they never even address KT.

Yeah but they just nerfed the hell out of Diablo. His winrate (by their own patch notes) wasn’t too high. They just did it because players complained about him. KT is way more powerful and annoying than Diablo…

that nerf was dumb imo, all it did was reduce her talent diversity by nerfing an already less-popular build (W build)

Playing against KT is the very epitome of a learn-to-play issue.
The better you are, the less of an issue he is to play against. It’s not even that mechanically challenging, it’s literally just a matter of paying attention and watching your positioning.

I’d say this is evidence that KT continues to not be a problem for the game as a whole, just a small fraction of the player base.
That may change, but right now no changes means not a problem.

Well I said people would go back to KT complaint threads once Qhira was toned down.
At least maybe some of the complaints about Diablo will disappear.

That is a recurring problem with the forum. Masses of bronze posts clash with platinum, master posts etc., players just live in completely different realities.
Tons of bronze-silver genuinely, sincerely believe heroes like Kael’thas, Nova or Butcher are overpowered.
And because these heroes punish low level play so severely these posts will never cease appearing even after years pass and these heroes receive several reworks.
Unless Blizzard educates the player base through draft tutorials, positioning tutorials etc. in the game client, these threads will keep appearing. And low ranks will threaten to quit HotS because of these heroes.
