Iron fist with heal talents + divine palm, I don’t bother with anything else as solo heal.
The other two traits are a joke. Maybe on Warhead Junction, if it’s Quick Match, I’ll take Insight just to solo the two bosses for fun after lv16.
Sad, because Transcendence used to have ~95% pick rate.

Trans can be very strong, if they have dmg over time or very slow dmg I often pick it up
To add on, Iron Fists allows Kharazim to shred through mercenary camps with his teammates’ help. Kharazim is, in my opinion, more damage oriented than healing oriented. Kill the enemies faster than they can kill you. Typical healer’s don’t provide much offensive damage, making it usually 4 heroes doing damage than all 5. With Iron Fists Kharazim, your entire team does damage now.
