She now walks up to the area and casts them on her self.

Confirming for Blizzard. She walks up to the center of the circle’s cast area before casting, regardless of quick cast settings. Essentially a melee skill now. Tested in vs AI & Try.
Can confirm, Water elemental and Blizzard must be cast at Jaina’s location to function. You cannot cast at range.
The tooltips for Storm Front and Wintermute also show “increase the cast range to 0%”

Also, suffering through this to try and test the new Quest with 30000 stacks without being able to cast Blizzard or Elemental beyond my toes:
The stacks hard cap at 12105, so you can’t complete it.
