Is anyone supporting this game anymore? Can't stay flipping connected!

I have tried several times now to get help with consistent disconnects but have had very little response. I get dc’ed literally every 4.5 minutes, almost precisely, like clock work, and have to relaunch the game to rejoin. Other people are telling me that they have similar troubles.

I go to “Contact Support” on the Blizzard website, and every game, even old Diablo games, has actual support categories that lead somewhere, but HotS just gets a “ask the community” like. Is there no one left at Blizzard customer support for this game?
I can’t even clear my leaver status because I can’t stay connected until the end of the game; constantly get caught trying to rejoin just as the game ends, which counts as leaving and a loss on my record, even if my team won.

I’ve tried everything on my end: restarting the modem, the router, the laptop; turning off the wifi on the laptop and using a hard line. Nothing is helping.

Well, I’m back to a 4 game leaver penalty because I got dc’ed from 2 games in a row with about 30 seconds left in the match; not enough time to reconnect. I played from a different location earlier today (same laptop, same ISP, different house/modem/router) and wasn’t disconnected once.
These data are from 2 back-to-back games. I ran both the US Central and West regions for HotS.

There’s some packet loss occuring on this address here that may be an issue: 66.109.5.225

That would be part of the ISP’s network. Given you were able to play without any issues from a different location, this would likely indicate an issue either with the router\modem or with how the connection is being routed. The route the connection takes can different despite being on the same ISP and based on the WinMTR that does seem to be the most likely problem here. Best bet given that info would be to contact the ISP to have it looked into.

Edit: So it turns out that there is a major problem with the internet cables in my area, so much so that the tech who came out and looked at things said that he was surprised that I was the only one with a service request and that the internet was working at all. At least the trouble can be fixed without costing me any extra money out-of-pocket.
