Throwing out a suggestion to increase the rotation speed of her E, leaving her invulnerable for a shorter period of time. 2.75 seconds is quite a long time compared to other invuln effects in the game, and leads to some really disappointing moments against her. I think reducing it to something like 2.25 or even 2 seconds would not be game-breaking for her and lead to fewer “hands off the keyboard because I’m dead with no counterplay” moments.
But that means you have less time to react to make yourself unstoppable and drop her…
What stops her from instigating her revolving sweep at any moment?
This would actually be a huge buff to Qhira. The longer she’s in Revolving Sweep, the more time you have to rally with your teammates and gib her once the effect ends. In most instances, Qhira will not use the full duration already for that reason. So, a shorter duration would mean she could sweep to the best position to knockback without being punished more easily.
Funnily enough, I actually thought you were suggesting a buff when I read this title. She’s a very underperforming hero, last I checked.
Tell me you want to buff Qhira without telling me you want to buff Qhira.
Guys stop, OP is right, Qhira is definitely broken and this buff- I mean nerf, is absolutely needed.
But she’s not invulnerable, is she? She’s immune to effects (well I guess that’s almost the same thing, the only difference is that she can’t lose the targetting on her while in it (so e.g., falstad’s W will just keep hitting her throught the thing and still do damage after; while invulnerability (divine shield) would drop the W target altogether)).
Yes, that would be a significant buff for her: faster indirect mobility, faster revolve-oriented damage output; it would also reduce the window to cleanse the attach target and drop qhira in an unfavorable position. I really don’t see any negatives for qhira in that. Not sure if you are actually looking to buff her (she doesn’t need a buff)?
No, she’s completely invulnerable. From the wiki;
" * While Qhira is swinging, she is Unstoppable and untargetable, nullifies all incoming damage, Evades Basic Attacks and has no collision."
Well that’s not exactly true invulnerability, just close to it.
P.S. I did think she can still take some forms damage, but apparently those were cases when she was targetted during the sweep, yet the actual attack hit after it ended (e.g., you can even autoattack her, the attacks will miss if they hit while she’s revolving, but you can still do actual attacks and they can do damage if they hit after it ends/is interrupted).
The falstad W example is also a prominent example showing why it is not true invulnerability. Divine shield removes the W targetting immediately, qhira’s sweep doesn’t (and W build falstad outranges her sweep). DS negates the full damage of the W, qhira latching to falstd would only avoid part of the damage (since full W is 6 seconds long).
It also doesn’t remove any overtime effects at all. So if you’re poisoned - you’ll still be poisoned after, if you’re burning and it doesn’t end midway - you’ll still be burning after.
It’s not true invulnerability. This is important because true invulnerable like dshield will remove literally everything, while being unstoppable + untargetable + evade won’t.
I think the post I replied to originally said that she could still be damaged and that part was edited out. Granted, it was four in the morning and I read that about three minutes after waking up, so I can easily be misremembering.

It’s fine, we’ve all been there

instigating her revolving sweep at any moment?
I believe there’s a 0.5 second delay like with many other “re-activation” abilities like turning of Arthas’s Aura or what not.
