In the hero menu the damage numbers for Alarak’s abilities are slightly lower than in game. For example it says that discord strike deals 165 damage but in game it says 172.
165 * 1.04 = 171.6 ~= 172.
Seems correct to me…
Hero selection ability numbers are for level 0. In game all heroes start at level 1. As such there is 1 level of scaling applied to the numbers. Discord Strike has a scaling of 4% so will deal 4% more damage at level 1 than at level 0 shown by hero selection.
