I would kill for a talent on Varian which would make him reflect part of the damage back.
And Varian only has parry against attacks, unless talented.

It’s very simple - like in OW - Genji must focus and use 2 hands in order to deflect attack so therefore attacking is out of option. Same goes to cyber agility which is in hots jump but in OW (lore) it is climbing.
