Encountering a bug where the default voice line for Imperius, “Silence!” is not displaying among the available voice lines and because of this sometimes the Ready button is unavailable with the message ‘Your selected voiceline has not been earned.’ This seems to occur when the owned dropdown is set to All or Unowned. If it’s set to Owned, the ‘Silence!’ voiceline still does not display but the Ready button is available.

Can confirm, had to buy a voiceline to make him playable, and “Silence!” Is still missing.
We can say the voice line was… Silenced.
