according to wiki “Flash of Anger” full description is
“Consuming a mark from Celestial Charge deals 180 damage around the target and grants Imperius 300 point Shield for 4 seconds.” So currently this talent doesn’t refer to Solarion’s Fire, perhaps previously it did.
