I need some proof that people are getting banned

So for the past few weeks, i have been playing HOTS again.
And every DAY, there is one guy at least who is very very abusive and toxic.
Telling people to kill themselfs, saying N words, R words, and we report them every time.

But sometimes i still see them in my games, even with block, report, i see them still playing, HOW is this possible??

Blizzard we needs some proof you are actually still banning people.

THis guy told me to kill myself and my mother die of cancer because I did not ban Valeera like HE/she Wanted?

I want to add proof of the person saying that to me, i can’t add photos or links…
What is this??

If he tells you to kill yourself you should be able to and just do it but you should ask him/her why?
We should just be able to kill them in the battle even if they’re on our team in my opinion.

If you kill yourself, does anyone get experience from it?

It’s part of life, you just have to tolerate it, if you can’t tolerate then you’re weak and if you’re weak then you will die.
