I am having the exact same issue. Can’t contact a support rep so it looks like you and I are stuck with this annoying issue man. Nothing I have done has fixed this.
I hoped the last update would solve the issue, but it didn’t. It’s been almost a month. No solution.

We have a thread about the not auto logging in for Heroes of the Storm, here. Could you try the New Admin and Secondary Logon options and see if it helps? If not, please let us know!
