Hi, i need your help guys, i’m traying to get in to the game, but when I put in PLAY I get a notice saying incompatible versión, and… I CAN’T FIX IT! T-T
it tells me that the version is not compatible with my region (America)
I don’t know what I have to do… please help me </3
Do you know where to find your system information? It would be helpful to know what you are trying to run it on.
The best thing you can do is in Windows, select Start and enter dxdiag into the search box on the taskbar. Select dxdiag from the results.
In the tool, select Save All Information for an easily shared format.

Try checking manually for an update for Heroes in the Blizzard Battle.net App.
In the Blizzard Battle.net App, Click on the Heroes tab. Then go to Options, Check for Updates.
If there is a missing update, it should find and install it.
If you are still having issues after that, try doing a Scan & Repair for Heroes.
