Basic Abilities

Q) Fire shot

Shut a fire bullet on the target (range=12), dealing 157 damage to first enemy hit and stun them for 1.25 seconds, if the bullet successfully hit an enemy hero on ¾ of maximum amount of range, it’s cool down is reduced by 7 seconds (10 seconds cool down and 60 mana cost).

W) The Dynamite

Rifleman hurl a dynamite (range=6) on the target area that deals 212 to enemy in 2.5- yard area, also
Slow their movement speed by 35% for 1.75 seconds (12 seconds cool down and 60 mana cost).

E) Gunpowder

Rifleman empower his weapon by using additional gunpowder contain, cause to increase damage and speed of the next Fire Shut by 50% (10 seconds cool down and 40 mana cost).

Trait

Snowy Mountain Bear

Rifleman summons a Snowy Mountain Bear with this state {1867 Health, 124 attack damage, 1.00 attack speed and 2 attack range}, the Bear also has three abilities as bellow:

D1) Direct Rush

Bear charge to the target, deals damage equal to 5% of the target maximum health and stun them for 0.75 second (9 seconds cool down).

D2) Wildness

Bear instantly Deals 3 basic attack to his target in 1 second (10 seconds cool down).

D3) Roar

Force a nearby target that attack Snowy Bear for 1.5 seconds (8 seconds cool down).

Heroic Ability

R1) War Cannon

Summon a war cannon under command of Rifleman. The war cannon has {1805 Health and 25 armor, reduce damage taken by 25%}. War Cannon can do Gunpowder bomb as his ability with only 3 second cool down and 20 mana cost. War Cannon persist for 20 second. (60 seconds cool down and 80 mana cost).

Note: War cannon cannot move anywhere, it stand on his place.
Note: Rifleman can affect his E during Cannon War.

R2) Big Roar

Snowy Bear empowered by rage of Big Roar, gains 25 spell power and 15% bonus movement speed, his basic attack heals him for 100% of his damage dealt against heroes. Big Roar persist for 15 seconds (60 seconds cool down and 80 mana cost).
Passive: Increase Snowy Bear maximum health by 50%.

Talent

Level1

[Q] For each enemy Hero hit by Fire Shot, It’s damage Increased by 1.25%.
Reward: After hitting enemy Heroes 20 times, it’s cool down is reduced by 2 seconds and it’s mana cost is refused.
Reward :After Hitting enemy Heroes 40 times, Fire Shot no longer hit to first enemy but across all enemies it the path and damaging them.

[W] The Dynamite also burn enemies by 40 damage every 0.5 seconds, this effect persists for 2.5 seconds.

[Q, Auto Attack] If the Fire Shut successfully hit an enemy hero on ¾ of maximum amount of range, Rifleman next 2 basic attacks immediately occur at the target.

Level 4

[E, Auto Attack] Casting Gunpowder Cause Rifleman next two basics attack get 50% more range and dealing 50% more damage.

[D1, D2] Increase stun duration of Direct Rush by 0.5 seconds. Also Increase number of enemy effected by Roar from 1 to 3.

[D, W] Bear first basic attack on the enemies affected by Dynamic dealing additional 100 damage and heal Bear for the same amount.

[W] The Dynamite no longer slow enemy movement speed instead stun enemy who in area for 1 second.
Passive: Increase The Dynamite impact area by 50%.

Level 7

[Passive] Every 5 seconds Rifleman gains 75 physical armor against the next source of basic attack, store up 3 charges and can toggle on or off.

[D1] Casting Direct Rush or Roar grant Snowy Bear 50 armor for 2 seconds, reduce damage taken by 50%.

[Auto Attack] Rifleman Basic attack against enemy Heroes heal him for 100% of damage dealt and also grant him 10% movement speed for 2 seconds stack up to 30%.

Level 13

[Q, E] Hitting an enemy hero by Fire Shut that is effected by Gunpowder, dealing additional damage equal to 7% of target maximum health.

[D1] Increase damage of Direct rush from 4% to 6% of enemy maximum Health. For each enemy heroes hit by Direct Rush reduce cool down of Direct Rush by 1.50 seconds.

[D] Passive: Bear basic attack now cleave on a small area with 50% damage.

Level 16

[D] While Dwarf Stands near his Bear, Rifleman’ s basic ability recharge 50% faster.

[D] While Dwarf Stands near his Bear, Bear’s basic ability recharge 50% faster.

[Q, E] Active to reset the cool down of next Fire Shot and Gunpowder and refuse it’s mana cost.
(25 seconds cool down).

Level 20

[Heroic] Reduce the cool down of War Cannon by 40 seconds, War Cannon no longer stand on a chosen location it can be moved with 75% of Normal movement speed, additional to this, War Cannon deal The Dynamite with 100% more damage.

[Heroic] Snowy Bear now have Big Roar as passive talent. This ultimate always active on Snowy Bear.

[Active] Rifleman also can use War Cannon as the second heroic ability, if he already got this ultimate so he gains an additional charge of War Cannon.

[Passive] Increase damage dealt by 20%, attack range by 20% and also get 10% movement speed, while Rifleman have taken damage of an enemy hero, he gains 10% additional movement speed for 2 seconds.

thats an obscene amount of mini stuns

Well, one for Fire shot, one for Direct Rush, one can be for basic attack.
If you get in level 20 tier, every Gunpowder bomb will stun enemy.
this hero is stun master, basically dwarf Hero work in stun, it is an old future of them.
