How to reset graphics settings to default?

Hi,

I am currently experiencing some issue on the mac client where I am unable to click anything in game. This happened after I opened a chest box, I am now unable to click the items I got, on top of that I can no longer click anything at all in game permanently.

This happened shortly after I switched to using Fullscreen (Windowed)

Any help would be appreciated. I’m pretty sure if I could just reset the graphics back to default it will correct this issue.

Secondly, the items I couldn’t click from the box, am I still able to collect them?

Hey, Soulfurys! You should be able to do this from the Blizzard Application to reset the in-game settings. Before you do try resetting, have you tried hitting alt (option) + tab, and then tabbing back into Heroes of the Storm to test? There’s been some issues with this and the alt+tab works around the issue.

As for the items, if the box isn’t there anymore, try checking the collections to see if the items might’ve been added there.
