Are they balancing things at all these days? I doubt they are balancing for the competitive scene but some heroes really need to be looked at when their win rate sky rockets no matter which league they are played. When is hots going to get some love?
Strong doesn’t mean broke.
Cassia is good but not imbalance. The same goes for Tassadar.

They’re not the best and not the worst. Quite well balanced. Both are terrible first picks (unless you want to be destroyed in draft), so that tells a lot too.
