I need your help as I am sick of ignoring this issue.
My Heroes of the Storm crashes randomly and restarts my whole PC.
I’ve already done several diagnostics and optimizations but it is still happening.
It crashes at random times and when it does, the whole screen will change to a random color, sound will continue for a few seconds and then the whole PC will reboot in another 5-10 seconds.
When I return the “Preparing Game Data” process can take up to 3-4 minutes before the game launches.
I have got a dxdiag file, but I can’t seem to upload or add a link here.
I want to get this fixed, please let me know what you need.
