The HGC Sprays and Banners is already in the game files as you can get them in ARAM.
Since every skin + mount is basically available in the game now. Why dont bring all the HGC loot from Twitch Cheering in 2017-2018 back?
THose are some of the coolest banners, sprays and borders in the game…
