Already done with my full installation, when i open my hots, i cant press the play button, it is said this gamemode is currently disabled ( for all game mode ), my heroes screen is not showing up, the same for shop, profile, and quest.

This is often due to a connection problem or background software blocking the game. Try closing all other programs, such as firewalls or security software to test the game by itself. If this persists you may want to try the steps here.

Alacart where you able to solve this issue? I tried all the stuff the support rep posted and it didnt help.
