heroes of the storm replays not showing up please help. It doesn’t show in my game after updating.
What do you find in the following directory (by default)?
C:\Users[your name]\Documents\Heroes of the Storm\Accounts[some number]
You should see one or more directories that look like this:
[single digit]-Hero-1-[some number]
How many of these directories are there?
In each such directory, check the contents of the following:
Replays\Multiplayer

I am on mac, I do not know which directory is which. Also it seems to affect also my mac it keep playing the cutscene and my graphics settings are not saved, and my replays are not saved and I cannot even create a folder.
Oh, I see. It sounds like recent problems on Mac are indeed bigger than replays – which is atrocious. 
Maybe try filing the individual observations as bug reports in their own right here?
Beyond that, we need some Mac users to weigh in, hopefully with some good tips!
