Heroes of the Storm Download Issue

The Heroes of the Storm download finally made it to completion only to get stuck on the following random cycle, the which I am still stuck on:

“Waiting on another update” <-> “Finalizing” <-> “Allow this program to make changes to your device?”

How do I just play HoTs? T^T

Howdy littleGEASER,

Usually it’s a good idea to try restarting the computer if you haven’t, then start the Blizzard app as Admin. Make sure you are clicking the button to allow changes to be made. If that doesn’t help, try the steps here.
