Inspired by a previous post that I made about a high damage healer. Plus I always liked Zenyatta in Overwatch and I think he can be a good addition to the game. As always, don’t mind the numbers
Updated a few talents and ability description for Q and R
Tekhartha Zenyatta, Enlightened Omnic Monk, is an Omnic monk who wanders the world in search of spiritual enlightenment. It is said that those who cross his path are never the same again. He believes that by forming people into relationships, the world can be healed, and a better society created. But, when necessary, he will fight to protect the innocent, be they Omnic or human, using the mighty Shambali orbs to channel his Omnic energy.
Now Zenyatta has answered the call of the Nexus and with him, he will bring harmony into this chaotic world of worlds.
Zenyatta is an aggressive Healer who excels in single-target healing as well as delivering high single-target damage. He shines in hyper-carry teams where he can focus on keeping a single person alive and enabling them to do damage.

Trait - Orbs of Destruction
Zenyatta regenerates 1 Orb every 4 seconds, up to a maximum of 9 Orbs. Each Orb increases his Basic Attack damage by 5%. Activate to consume 3 Orbs and make Zenyatta’s next Basic Attack hit 3 times.
Zenyatta’s bread and butter and what makes him a dangerous high-damage Healer. The active component makes his AA hit 3 times (like Genji’s or Lucio’s but way faster, like Artanis’s Twin Blades). These Basic Attacks benefit from the Orb bonus damage, but depends on which number of Orbs it launches from; if you launch at 8 Orbs, the 1st AA will deal 40% bonus damage, 2nd deals 35% bonus, and 3rd deals 30% bonus, and so on.
Q - Orb of Harmony
Cooldown: 6 seconds
Cooldown: 6 seconds
Target an allied Hero and grant them an Orb of Harmony which heals them indefinitely for 72 Health per second.
Passive:Every 4th Basic Attack by Zenyatta against enemy Heroes heals him and allies under Orb of Harmony for an additional 72 Health. Only 1 Orb of Harmony can be active at a time.
This is Zenyatta’s main healing ability and is an okay way of single-target healing. Based on this you can probably tell that he thrives in hyper-carry comps where he can focus on keeping 1 person alive and enabling them. The bonus healing component encourages Zenyatta to be aggressive and AA enemies as well as a way for Zen himself to self-sustain (the self-healing component will still trigger even without any Orb of Harmony active). This ability has an active range similar to Auriel’s Crown, but slightly smaller. The cast range is similar to Morales’s Q. If the targeted ally walks out of range, they lose this bonus.
W - Orb of Discord
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Shoot out an Orb of Discord that attaches to the first enemy Hero hit, dealing 80 damage to them and Slowing by 20% for 1 second. Once attached, Orb of Discord reduces the enemy Hero’s Armor by 10 and reduces their Healing received by 20%. Lasts for 4 seconds.
Zenyatta’s aggressive support ability reduces the enemy’s armor and their healing, perfect for bursting down opponents. Unlike Orb of Harmony, Orb of Discord doesn’t have a range for its duration. However, it does have a range similar to Stukov’s W and the projectile speed is similar to Qhira’s Grappling Hook.
E - Enlightenment
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Activate to grant nearby allied Heroes an additional 15% Movement Speed for 2 seconds and heals them for 105 Health. Removes any Slows and Roots from allied Heroes under the effect of Orb of Harmony.
A very straightforward ability that can provide an additional boost of Movement Speed for the team. The additional effect of soft cleanse on allies with Harmony Orb is to spice things up a little bit. The ability is an instant cast in a circle around Zenyatta. The radius is slightly bigger than Kharazim’s W
R1 - Transcendence
Cooldown: 100 seconds
Cooldown: 100 seconds
Create a zone of transcendence around Zenyatta for 6 seconds. Allied Heroes within are healed for 600 Health over this ability’s duration. Allies below 25% Health are healed for 50% more for the first 1.5 seconds. During this time, Zenyatta is Unstoppable and gains 20% Movement Speed, but is unable to Attack or use any other Abilities.
A translation from Zenyatta’s ult in Overwatch. This is his healing ult that heals for a considerable amount when his allies are in low health. The zone is around 8 range so like a Fort’s attack range around Zenyatta.
R2 - Orbs of Shambali
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Shoot out an Orb that attaches to the first enemy Hero hit, dealing 135 damage and linking Zenyatta to that enemy Hero. Over the next 1.75 seconds, Zenyatta shoots out 8 more Orbs that follow the linked enemy Hero with each Orb dealing 135 damage. These Orbs pierce all enemy Heroes in its path, with each enemy Hero pierced reducing its damage by 15%, stacking up to 4 times.
Zenyatta’s damage option for his ultimate. This is a mobile channeled ability, so Zenyatta can still move, but he won’t be able to cast any other abilities or use his AAs. The way this ability works is a lot like Nova’s Triple Tap (so Zen’s missiles will home in on the target), but Zenyatta can move as he channels his orbs. The cast range is about 7 but the missiles can travel indefinitely until they reach their target.
Trait - Above Earthly Restraints
When Zenyatta has any amount of missing Orbs, he gains 20% Movement Speed and he gains 15 Armor.
Q - Spirit of Kinship
?Quest: Basic Attack Enemy Heroes 100 times while Orb of Harmony is active.
?Reward: After hitting 100 Basic Attacks, increase the maximum amount of active Orb of Harmony to 2
Q - Perfect Harmony
Reduce the amount of Basic Attacks required to trigger bonus healing from 4 to 3
!Gambit: Gain 60% Attack Speed. Each Death reduces this bonus by 10%
Q - Spiritual Intervention
Orb of Harmony heals 100% more for the first 3 seconds of its application on an allied Hero.
W - Mass Hysteria
Zenyatta’s Basic Attacks against an enemy Hero affected by Orb of Discord spreads its effect to 2 nearby enemy Heroes.
W - Deep Trauma
Increase the Armor reduction of Orb of Discord to 20 and its duration by 2 seconds.
E - Path to Salvation
Increase Enlightenment’s Movement Speed bonus to 25%. Slowed, Stunned, or Rooted Allies are healed for 50% more.
W - Cacophony
Enemy Heroes hit by Orb of Discord are Silenced for 1.5 seconds
AA - Harsh Lessons
?Quest: Basic Attacks against Enemy Heroes grant 0.2 Bonus Attack Damage. Takedowns grant 1 Bonus Attack Damage
Active - Gospel of Aurora
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Activate to grant allied Heroes affected by Orb of Harmony Unstoppable for 1 second.
Q/E - Orb of Perception
Enlightenment removes Blinds from all nearby allied Heroes. While Orb of Harmony is active, Zenyatta gains 1 Attack Range
Q/E - Orb of Fortitude
Orb of Harmony grants affected allies 10 Armor. Casting Enlightenment increases this bonus to 30 Armor for 3 seconds.
W - Orb of Chaos
Increases Orb of Discord’s Healing reduction to 25% and reduces enemy’s damage dealt by 25%.
Trait - Four Cardinal Strike
Reduce the Cooldown of Orbs of Destruction by 2 seconds. Activating it will now make the next Basic Attack to hit 4 times.
Passive: Zenyatta heals for 20% of Basic Attack damage dealt.
Q/W - Yin and Yang
Zenyatta’s Basic Attacks against enemy Heroes under Orb of Discord increases Orb of Harmony’s healing by 50%.
Basic Attacks by allies under Orb of Harmony reduces the cooldown of Orb of Discord by 1.25 seconds.
AA - Warrior Monk
Basic Attacks deal 1% maximum Health as damage against Heroes. When enhanced by Orbs of Destruction, increase this bonus damage to 5%.
Active - True Self is Without Form
Cooldown: 60 seconds
Activate to enter Stasis and heal for 30% of Zenyatta’s missing health over 5 seconds, gaining 20% Movement Speed and passing through enemies.
R1 - Step into the Iris
Reduce cooldown by 30 seconds. Apply Orb of Harmony to all allied Heroes within Transcendence. These additional Orbs Heal for 50% less.
R2 - Legend of the Nine Orbs
Legendary Nine Orbs applies an untalented Orb of Discord to all enemy Heroes’ hit by its projectiles. Each Hero hit by the projectiles reduces its cooldown by 2 seconds.
Q - Orb of Strength
Zenyatta gains 25% increased Attack damage and allies affected by Orb of Harmony gain 30% increased Basic Attack Damage.
W - Orb of Anguish
Zenyatta’s Basic Attacks against enemies under Orb of Discord causes the target to explode, dealing 145 damage to nearby enemies and Slowing by 30% for 1 second.
Passive - Boundless Faith
Reduce Enlightenment’s cooldown by 2 seconds. Zenyatta gains all of his level 13 Talents
