Mortar Team (The First Concept)

A ranged assassin that can visible part of battle ground and can deal extreme damage on this point from large distane.

Mortar team is consisting of two Dwarfs, one carried of mobile cannon and one use Lamp for having sight. Mortar team can use his abilities from large distance if they have a sight or visibility of this location.in this base we can imagine some concept for this hero, especial this:1) Mortar team as a single hero,2) Mortar team as two hero in one hero (like as lost vikings), we’ll create two concept for both system in this thread.

The first concept is more simple rather than the second and its build and talents and game play will be some hard.

Basic Abilities

Q) Fire Bomb

Release a fire bomb on target location (range= Three quarter of Azmodan Q range), deal 226 damage in a small area and then deal 42 fire effect damage per second for 3 seconds (12 seconds cool down and 80 mana cost).

W) Dwarf Boot

Active it Increase movement speed of Mortar team by 30% and also grant him 20 armor for 3 seconds (10 seconds cool down and 40 mana cost).

E) Lamp Hammer

Active it to do batter Lamp on nearby enemy, deal 234 damage and stun him for 0.75 seconds (10 seconds cool down and 60 mana cost).

Trait

D) Lamp

Mortar team can use his basic abilities with 200% of original range and also his basic abilities get 100% bounce range for 3 second if they can see their chosen location.

active D to release a long range artificial light on a chosen location and visible this area for 3 seconds (25 seconds cool down).

Heroic Abilities

R1) Gunpowder Rain

After 0.5 seconds, shuts a bomb on sky, bomb get expired and release a rain of Gunpowder on a large area. Each Gunpowder effaced deal 300 damage over 3 seconds (70 seconds cool down and 80 mana cost).

R2) Black Smite

Active to summon a Black Smite with 1750 health on chosen location for 10 seconds. Increase armor and damage dealt of you and nearby allied hero by 15.

While Black smite active, Mortar team basic abilities recharge 50% faster (60 seconds cool down and 80 mana cost).

Talents

Level1 Tier

[D]. Lamp’s light now slow enemy movement speed by 35% and blind them for 1.75 seconds.

[D]. Mortar team’ s basic attack travel 100% faster if cast the target which is visible by Lamp.

[D]. Mortar team’ s Fire Bomb travel 100% faster if cast the target which is visible by Lamp.

Level4 Tier

[W]. Casting Dwarf Boot also grant Mortar team additional 25 armor, take 25% less damage.

[W]. While Dwarf Boot is active, his health regeneration is increased by 400% on this duration.

[E]. Lamp’s Hammer deal 300% damage on non-heroic target.

Level7 Tier

[Q]. Increase Fire Bomb area by 25% and its periodic damage by 50%.

[Q]. Fire Bomb also carry a basic attack with, the result is dealing damage equal to Fire Bomb value plus basic attack amount.

[Q]. Mortar team release 2 basic attacks at same time, if cast a target that is visible by Lamp at last 3 seconds ago.

Level 13 Tier

[D, Q]. Increase Lamp duration by 1 second. Hitting enemy hero with Fire Bomb while he inside on lamp area Grant Mortar team 25 spell power for 15 seconds.

[D]. Increase Lamp area by 25%. Hitting an enemy hero who are inside Lamp area with Fire Bomb or basic attack, increase basic attack damage by 100% for 3 seconds.

[Passive]. Reduce cool down of Dwarf Boot and Fire Bomb by 3 seconds, also refused its mana cost when it act on enemy hero.

Level16 Tier

[E]. Lamp Hammer deal extra damage on enemy hero equal to 12% of their maximum health.

[E]. Increase Lamp Hammer stun duration by 0.75 seconds, Lamp Hammer also reduce enemy heroes, healing received by 50% for 4 seconds.

[W]. Dwarf Boot make Mortar Team un-stopple for 1.25 seconds.

Level 20 Tier

[Heroic]. Increase speed and damage dealt of Gunpowder rain piece by 50%. Gunpowder Rain also no longer have channel time for acts.

[Heroic]. Increase bounce armor and damage dealt of Black Smith from 15% to 25% and increase its duration by 5 second.

[Q, D]. Fire Bomb Now Stun enemies by 2 seconds, if hit them on area that is visible by Lamp.
