HC, Sigma, Ranged Tank

Yes i know, another OW character before a WoW or DIablo one. But hear me out. Even assuming they loved it an started work on it right away (haha) the SOONEST we’d see this hero would be in like 2 years so our favorite orcs and demons are safe… with that in mind, here goes.

D - Accretion – Sigma gains Debris from using Kinetic Grasp. Sigma can throw this Debris at an enemy to deal damage and stun them. Each charge grants a small increase to the damage and stun time of the skill, up to 10 charges. 15 damage and .1 second of stun time per charge.

Talent choice 1 – Increase stun duration by 75%, but decrease damage by 50%

Talent choice 2 – Accretion now pierces through the first enemy to hit one behind them dealing 50% damage and stunning for .05 seconds per charge.

Talent choice 3 – Debris stays on the field of battle for up to 5 seconds. If sigma walks over it he can gain the charges back.

Q: Hyperspheres – Sigma throws both Hyperspheres which ricochet off enemies up to 2 times, preferring heroes. Deals medium damage. Maximum 2 ricochets per sphere. 9 sec CD, 35 Mana, medium length skill shot. (good for gaining a little bit of shields regularly if first talent is picked. Both spheres can hit the same target)

Talent choice 1 – Gains 2% of his maximum health as shields for every enemy hit, shields gained are doubled against heroes.

Talent choice 2 – Hyperspheres ricochet an additional 2 times

Talent choice 3 – Slow enemies and their attack speed by 25% for 2 seconds

W: Experimental Barrier – Sigma projects a barrier that travels to its destination and blocks all hostile spells and projectiles from passing through it for 5 seconds or until it is destroyed, it has 30% of Sigma’s maximum HP. 15 sec CD, 40 Mana, vector ground AoE (used to block an ally or self from harmful spells but can also force a ranged enemy to re-position in order to get to you)

Talent choice 1 – Quest: Absorb 2,500 damage with Experimental Barrier.

Reward: 25% of the Damage absorbed by the Shield is granted as shields for Sigma.

Talent choice 2 – Increases shield HP to 60% of Sigmas Max HP

Talent choice 3 – Now has 2 charges

E: - Kinetic Grasp – Sigma freezes incoming projectiles for 2 seconds, converting 30% of the negated damage into shields. Shields last 5 seconds or until destroyed. 12 sec CD, 15 Mana, self cast (basically a short self immunity that only affects ranged spells and projectiles, no pyroblast for you sir)

Talent choice 1 – Increase to 50% of damage into shields but increases CD to 15 seconds
Talent choice 2 – Now also negates Melee attacks and grants 10% of their damage as shields
Talent choice 3 - Grants 20% of shields gained to allies as well

R1: - Gravitic Flux – Unleashing his full powers, Sigma Takes flight, then lifts enemies into the air for 1.25 seconds before slamming them into the ground dealing high damage. 50 second CD, 90 mana. (Good for teamfights.)

Lvl 20 – Heavy Landing– Enemies are stunned for 1 second on impact and then slowed by 75% decaying over 2 seconds.

R2: - Gravity Crush – Sigma causes an enemies personal Gravity to increase 3 fold, slowing them to 25% movement speed over 3 seconds and dealing high damage over the same time period. 45 second CD, 40 mana. (Dueling/single target heroic)

Lvl 20 – Turn up the G’s– Affected enemy is rooted for 3 seconds. If the enemy dies within 1.5 seconds of this damaging them the damage is permanently increased by 6% up to a maximum of 60%.

Other lvl 20 Talents:

  • Blackhole - Create a Gravity well in a medium area around Sigma that prevents enemies from moving away from sigma but increases their move speed by 40% when moving towards him, lasts 4 seconds. 25 sec CD (And yes, i got this idea from star trek :wink: )
  • Levitate – Sigma Levitates all allies in an area into the air for 1 second, allies are immune to damage while airborne. 60 sec CD

Pros and Cons:

Pros: Shields, high disruption, Peel.

Weaknesses: poke damage, CC, Melee to some extent

Umm… We haven’t had an Overwatch hero for more than a year and a half now. It’s not a greedy ask whatsoever.
