1)Naga Royal Guardian (Harpooner)
Harpooner is a great bruiser. I have made his base look like Leoric as a tank that defends well and fights well. He will be suitable in all situations, both against the Assassins and against the tanks It will work well. It has a good mobility and can easily chase and kill enemies.
He also has the ability to create negative armor for the enemy and can make them more fragile.

Q)Water Clap

Hurl a water flame torch on enemy hero that persist on him for 8 seconds, deal damage equal to 2.5% of his maximum health every 1 second and also visible him for this duration.(14 seconds cooldown and and 60 mana cost).
E)Turbo
Active it Increase movement speed of Harpooner by 25% and his attack speed by 20% for 3 seconds.(12 seconds cooldown and 40 mana cost).

Negative Armor
[D]. Harpooner basic attack get stack of Negative armor per hitting enemy heroes, each stack reduce enemy hero armor by 6.25% for 3 seconds stack up 4 times to 25%,Increase damage taken by 25%.stacks will lost on changing target.
Heroic Abilities
[Heroic].Long Path Charge
Active it to charge on enemy in any where of battle ground,become unsttople and get 75% extra movement speed,upon impact target,deal 355 damage him and also stun him for 1.5 seconds.(100 seconds cooldown and 60 mana cost).
[Heroic].Water Wave
Active it release a water wave with long range and width on enemies, deal 325 damage on enemies and slow their movement speed by 35% for 3.00 second.(90 seconds cooldown and 80 mana cost).
Talents
Level 1 Tier
[Passive]. Basic attack deal damage equal to 2.5% of enemy maximum health and heal Harpooner for twice of this amount.
[Passive]. while harpooner is below 50% health, he heal for 30% of his damage dealt on enemy heroes.
[Q]. Water Clap also stun nearby enemies by 1 second and after it slow their movement speed by 50% for 1.5 seconds.
[Active]. Active it become stasis for 3 seconds and heal for 30% of maximum health on this duration.(60 second cooldown).
Level 4 Tier
[E]. Increase turbo duration by 0.50 second and it’s movement speed bounce by extra 15%.
[Quest]. Regeneration Globe Permanently increase Harpooner health Regeneration by 1.
Reward:After gathering 15 Regeneration globes,Turbo now grant harpooner 20 armor for this duration.
Level 7 Tier
[Q]. Water Clap deal 50% more damage on enemy heroes and also deal 150% damage on minions and camps.
[W]. Reduce water flame torch duration by 4 seconds but increase it’s damage per second from 2.5% of enemy hero maximu health to 5% of this amount.
[W]. Water flame torch also slow enemy movement speed by 5% for 1 second stack up 8 times every 1.5 second to 40%.
Level 13 Tier
[Q]. Water Clap deal extra damage equal to 5% of enemy heroes maximum health.
[Trait]. Each stack of Negative Armor also Increase Harpooner attack speed by 5% for 4 seocnds ,stack up 4 times to 20%.
Level 16 Tier
[Q]. Hitting at least two enemy heroes with Water Clap , reduce it’s cooldown by 4 second and refuse it’s mana cost.
Passive:Increase area effect of Water Clap by 25%.
[Trait]. Increase armor reduction of Trait from 6.25% to 8.75 % per stack.
[W]. Basic Attack on enemy heroes increase Flame Water Torch duration by 0.5 second.
Level 20 Tier
[Heroic]. Basic attack against enemy heroes who get effect of Negative Armor and Flame Water Torch reduce cooldown of Long Path Charge by 2 second.
[Heroic]. Increase Water Wave damage by 50% and also reduce it’s cooldown by 12 seconds per hitting enemy heroes.
[Trait] Each stack of Negative Armor now grant Harpooner 5 armor for 3 seconds up to 20 and Increase negative armor duration by additoinal 1 second.
